I thought they werent allowed to patrol Highway 95 because it is under the jurisdiction of state government, and the Florida State Troopers Setup was only 95 cameras. I lived in Florida for a while now, and I just saw a speed camera set-up / police officers of the city to the 95th I’ve never seen it, as the State Troopers.

If it goes through their jurisdiction, yes they are allowed to. Not done often, but it is legal.
The Interstate highway system is under the responsibility of the federal government, not the jurisdiction.
If it goes through the city limits, they can legally be there.
Normally the unofficial policy is that the state highways belong to the state police. It is an unofficial policy as jurisdictions are not limited to roadways. The state police can also enforce traffic on city streets as well. The term “speed trap” is sort of a misnamed thing. You cannot be trapped speeding, you either are or are not. The police just happen to set up where the most productivity is.
Cops can and will do anything they please, wether its legal or NOT. Get over it, its a way of life in this country.
City police can patrol parts of the interstate that run through the city limits.
Florida is infamous for speed traps. That’s why the residents don’t have to pay any state income taxes. You should see the patrol cars lined up at the Georgia/Florida state lines & they grab them speeders the second they get one inch into Florida.
