How do I take driving school to avoid raised insurance after a speeding ticket?

Do I take the course before the date of my yard, or? Be enrolled just before my court date? If the ore court? Hl me before my court date?

By enrolling you are saying “I am not qualified to drive a car and need to learn more”
The insurance don’t care, all they need is an excuse to raise your rates

in some places it doesnt matter if the cop shows up, your still guilty and the judge sees that.

good for you not fighting when you know you did wrong.

as for your question, you should get a notice saying whether or not you qualify for traffic school. if not, once you get to court you will get a thing saying when you have to complete it by.

the company you go through for traffic school(i recommend online class) will send a certificate of completion to the courthouse you are set up through or tell you what to do as soon as you pass and pay.
