The cop walks up to the tuck holding the laser gun in his right hand and shows it to the driver. Had he needed to reach for his service pistol he would have a problem. This is indicative of poor training and a lazy cop.
Is that hand held laser NOT on a tripod? Laser is not nearly as accurate if it cannot be held steady. I would be doing some research and contesting these kinds of tickets.
