The solution is simple. The money collected should be returned equally to the citizens of the country. That way the penalty for speeding remains, but the incentive for the police to use it as ‘revenue enhancement’ is eliminated.

Revenue raising is a voluntary tax, dont speed and you dont have to pay fuckers. hahaha ”tolerances too low my fuckin ass”. I know the real tolerances and i can tell you if they’re too low then drivers are more incompetant than i thought. Whats so hard about scanning your speedo evey now and then. Get off the road .

People who DON’T do the speed limit should be the ones pulled over and booked. They cause more accidents due to the frustration of sitting behind them for mile after mile than doing a few kms over the limit would. I’m not talking about blatant stupid speeding here, but a few kms leeway wouldn’t hurt. And let’s don’t forget that speeding is attributed to less than 4% of deaths on the road annually, even though there are more and more drivers on the road each year. It’s only a huge money winner.
